The Vista 1-Step single use vitrector will perform one (1) anterior/posterior vitrectomy procedure.

The 1-Step Vitrector consists of the following item(s):

• One single use vitrector with air supply tubing
  
  

The Vista 1-Step vitrectomy probe is intended to be used to remove vitreous and dissect tissue in the eye as follows:

• Vitreous aspiration and cutting

• Membrane cutting and aspiration

• Lens removal

• Dissect tissue in the eye
